Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day.
6. Order Cancellation

48-Hour Policy: Orders placed can be canceled within 48 hours for immediate processing.

After 48 Hours: We recommend waiting for delivery and following our return process for refunds.

Refunds, when eligible, will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
