Auroradore (hereafter referred to as "we") provides a comprehensive guide to help customers shop efficiently and securely on our online store. This guide covers the complete shopping process, payment methods, shipping information, order cancellation, returns and exchanges, and contact details.

Shopping Process

  1. Browse Products: Visit our online store and explore the available products. Use categories and search functions to find items that suit your needs.

  2. Select Items: Choose the desired product, select quantity, and click "Add to Cart."

  3. View Cart: Review your selected items in the shopping cart. You can modify quantities or remove items before proceeding.

  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click the checkout button to provide shipping information, billing address, and any special instructions.

  5. Place Order: Confirm your order details before submitting. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

Payment Methods

  • We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and others.

  • Payment Process:

    1. At checkout, select credit or debit card as the payment method.

    2. Enter your card number, expiration date, and security code as prompted.

    3. Review order details and confirm payment.

    4. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the payment receipt.

  • All payments are encrypted to ensure secure transactions.

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: We ship to all locations within Australia. Orders outside Australia are not supported.

  • Shipping Costs: Orders over AUD 199 are free. Orders AUD 199 or below are charged AUD 15.99.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days for order preparation and packaging.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-12 business days after shipment.

  • Shipping Carrier: UPS ensures reliable delivery and tracking.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number, billing information, and shipping carrier. You can track your order on the store’s “Order Tracking” page using your email or phone number along with your order number.

Order Cancellation

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if not yet shipped. Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.

  • Cancellation Process:

    1. Contact customer support via email or phone with order number and payment proof.

    2. Our team will review your request and confirm approval.

    3. Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are valid within 30 days for items with visible damage, quality issues, odor, significant color differences, or wrong items received. No-reason returns are also accepted within 30 days.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our support team with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. If approved, we will provide the return address.

    3. Ship the item to the designated address.

    4. Upon receipt and verification, a refund will be arranged to the original payment method (1-3 business days).

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact our support team with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos.

    2. If approved, we provide the return address.

    3. Return the item to the specified address.

    4. Once received and verified, replacement items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Items with product issues or wrong items: shipping costs covered by us; no-reason returns: shipping costs covered by the customer.

  • Return Labels: We may provide pre-paid return labels for approved returns, which must be used within the specified timeframe. Misuse may result in additional charges.

Responsibility and Notes

  • Ensure accurate shipping information to avoid delivery issues.

  • Inspect packages upon receipt; report any damage or missing items immediately.

  • Refunds or exchanges apply only to items meeting the above conditions.
