How to Cancel Your Order

Order cancellation conditions

Orders placed through our online store (Auroradore, hereafter referred to as "we") can be canceled if they have not been shipped within 48 hours after placement.

Orders exceeding 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled immediately. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery and contact us to request a return and refund.

Additional notes:

  • If the payment was unsuccessful, the order will automatically be canceled without action required.

  • Orders processed with multiple shipments may only allow cancellation for items not yet dispatched.

  • Special shipping delays may affect the cancellation eligibility; please contact us if unsure.

Order cancellation procedure

  2. Our team will review your request promptly and notify you once the cancellation is approved. We will also provide instructions for the refund arrangement.

  • Refund method: Refunds will be returned to the same bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment.

  • Refund timing: Depending on your bank's processing speed, we expect refunds to arrive within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay, please contact us for assistance.

  • Partial refunds may apply if some items have already been shipped.

  • Refund notifications will be sent to your registered email address once processed.
