Return & Exchange Period

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you via your contact information and provide a return address.

  3. Ship the item to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the product. If the issue is confirmed, we will immediately arrange a refund.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone to request an exchange. Provide your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and supporting photos or videos.

  2. Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you via your contact information and provide a return address.

  3. Ship the item to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item to your address within 1-3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be returned to the card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Refund processing may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If delayed, please contact us.

Return Labels

  • For approved returns, we may provide a pre-paid return label when the return qualifies under product issues or damages.

  • Return labels must be used only for the approved item(s) and shipped within the timeframe indicated.

  • Misuse of return labels may result in refusal of the return or additional charges.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be covered by us if the product has visible damage, quality defects, odor or severe color difference, or wrong item delivered.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns without a specific reason.
